I confirm that coverage will be published in the above-mentioned publication before and/or after AnimagiC. After publication, a proof copy, link, or recording of the published material will be sent to AnimagiC (digital submissions welcome).

AnimagiC Press: Rules *

I have read and understood the rules for press representatives and creators.

1) No entitlement to free press passes.

2) One press pass per publication.
AnimagiC does not provide passes for companions. Passes for additional editorial staff can only be provided for extensive (advance) coverage by high-reach media that justifies the deployment of multiple editorial representatives (e.g., camera crew for TV stations or similar). Beyond this, additional passes can be purchased in advance sales.

3) Entry only during opening hours:
Entry for press representatives is also only possible during visitor opening hours.

4) Seat reservations for press representatives are not possible in rooms and halls for logistical reasons. For safety reasons, rooms and halls reach maximum capacity when no seats are available. If all seats are taken, no further entry can be granted for that program item.

5) Photography, Film, and Audio Recording Rules:
We ask for your understanding that our guests of honor generally do not wish to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded, and ask that you respect this.

Generally, for all program items and concerts – except for communicated exceptions and/or special arrangements due to company partnerships – photography, video recording, and livestreaming are prohibited. Only official AnimagiC photographers and the teams of the respective artists and involved companies are exempt. AnimagiC will provide photo material upon request after the event, as soon as and to the extent available.

6) Distribution of promotional materials or gifts, as well as raffle activities as part of on-site press activities at AnimagiC without the organizer's permission, is not permitted.

7) Filming permits for content creators/streamers (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) are only granted as part of company partnerships or accredited press coverage. It is not permitted to use the event as a backdrop for promotional videos for sponsors and companies not involved in the event. Content creators must submit their filming concept in advance.

8) Press accreditation for content creators:
Content creators can apply for press tickets if their channel
A) focuses on editorial coverage of anime, manga, Japanese music, games, language, and culture, and

B) depending on the platform – has reached the following minimum number of follows/subscribers: TikTok: 100,000; YouTube: 20,000; Instagram: 10,000.

AnimagiC reserves the right to accredit smaller channels for high-quality formats, special industry relevance (e.g., partnerships with AnimagiC exhibitors), or subject to accompanying advance coverage.

Due to necessary consideration for our international partners, a brand safety review is also conducted, with the following points being particularly decisive:
- Compliance with imprint requirements
- Content in accordance with applicable copyright and usage rights
- Content suitable for audiences aged 12 and up

9) Content creators commissioned by exhibitors or cooperation partners:
Brand safety requirements also apply to content creators that companies exhibiting at or partnering with AnimagiC wish to deploy on-site. After channel and concept review, companies can purchase discounted tickets for "their" content creators. The registration deadline is also May 31, 2027 (date received).
