The admission rules for AnimagiC 2027 <\/em>will be published in the program guide approximately two weeks before the event. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

All AnimagiC<\/em> visitors go to the wristband station (1)<\/mark> with their ticket and get their AnimagiC<\/em> wristband put on there.<\/strong> AnimagiC ticket holders incl. hotel overnights and AnimagiC ticket holders with EXPRESS entry will receive their wristband from AnimagiC 2026 onwards in an extra lane at the wristband station.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

This is also where you can pick up the Con Package Deluxe and the T-shirts for the relevant tickets. Entry for everyone is then via the EAST and WEST entrances. EXPRESS entry (4)<\/mark> is initially only for visitors with an EXPRESS wristband and then opens for all visitors. You\u2019ll find the day ticket office at Entrance (5).<\/mark> Please note the descriptions of the individual entrances below! You can leave the Rosengarten again via Exit (3)<\/mark> and the WEST exit. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

(1) Wristband station: Con Package Deluxe pickup, 100%-MAGIC T-shirt<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

After the optional check at the cosplay cloakroom (2), pick up your admission wristbands* and your Con Package Deluxe and\/or T-shirt here. Please have your tickets ready and leave the building again afterwards. <\/p>\n\n

Friday: <\/strong>8:30 AM \u2013 7:00 PM**Saturday:<\/strong> 8:00 AM \u2013 3:00 PM**Sunday:<\/strong> 9:00 AM \u2013 1:00 PM**<\/p>\n\n

* only wristbands that are already valid on the same day will be issued (a Saturday ticket cannot be redeemed on Friday).** after that, the wristband can be picked up at the day ticket office<\/p>\n\n

(2) Cosplay cloakroom<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

For safety reasons, all cosplay weapon replicas, props, and bulky costume parts must be handed in at the cosplay cloakroom before you go to wristband pickup (see right) or enter the convention.<\/p>\n\n

(4) EXPRESS entry for visitors with EXPRESS wristbands<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

At the daily hall opening, visitors with the EXPRESS wristband will be admitted first. Security checks begin 20 minutes before the official entry time. Ticket holders with EXPRESS entry can then wait in the foyer until admission starts. EXPRESS entry begins: <\/p>\n\n

The (short) queue for EXPRESS entry is indicated by the corresponding sign.<\/p>\n\n

After all visitors with EXPRESS tickets have entered the Rosengarten, the entrance will be opened for all visitors with other wristbands.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

(5) Box Office\/Fast Lane, Press & Info Counter<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Via this entrance you can reach the box office and the info counter. The info counter is your first point of contact for questions and problems. Box office customers receive their wristband directly when purchasing the ticket. Please note: You must leave the Rosengarten again until the halls open for the program. <\/p>\n\n

Wheelchair users and persons with reduced mobility<\/mark><\/strong> may access the Rosengarten barrier-free \u2013 they will be admitted via the box office entrance. Accessible toilets are located on Level -1 and Level 2. <\/p>\n\n\n

Bring & Buy item drop-off on Friday morning<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

By entering through this glass cube entrance, you can access the Bring & Buy area in the Vario Hall on Friday in advance from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. There, you can drop off your items for sale even before AnimagiC<\/em> opens. The AnimagiC<\/em> wristband must be put on beforehand. <\/p>\n\n

Queues at AnimagiC \u2013 Tips <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

On Friday, there may be somewhat longer lines at wristband pickup at certain times. We cannot influence or predict the duration of queues due to the varying arrival times of AnimagiC<\/em> attendees. It is advisable not to show up just before the hall opens. <\/p>\n\n

Lines form at the EAST and WEST entrances around opening time, as many visitors queue well before the halls open. However, entry moves quickly, and the initial rush should be handled by the time programming starts each day.
